Painting the town red!

This week I am taking you on the road with me as I run around my beloved New York City. It is no secret that the New York subway is an adventure all by itself. More often that not the subway is crowded and you might not be so lucky to get a seat. Although I admire the ladies that brave the Subway in 5-inch heels on their way to a night out, respect sisters! I am a creature of comfort, especially when jumping on the train.

This all black ensemble from the TTYA X Long Tall Sally collaboration is the perfect day look for us city girls. Unique yet comfortable. The pants with suspenders have a beautiful high wasted cut that are flattering. Wear it with suspenders up or down. Throw on a blouse, shirt, a crop top or a turtleneck and a pair of heels or boots. Voila you have yourself a look that is effortless but chic. Ready to conquer the subway, off I go!

Ready to paint the town red I was looking for a feminine but edgy outfit that can carry me through the evening. This leather bodycon dress from the Deluxe by LTS collection is honestly a dress every woman should own. This is my new ‘Little Black Dress’ and I plan to get plenty of wear out of it during the holidays.

The Ponte paneling is exquisite and very well placed; it has a great amount of stretch allowing you to still move around comfortably. This dress hugs my curves in all the right places and makes me feel like a million bucks!

I have paired it with a black faux fur vest to glam it up even further, throw on a pair of heels and ‘Watch out New York City’!
