I LOVE dressing up, I love experimenting with my style and pushing the envelope. With a tall and curvy frame like mine it really requires experimenting to find out what is flattering and works for me. Some inevitable wardrobe fails have therefore occurred. But oh well there is no shame in trying to look your best, right?

But sometimes you don’t want to worry about your outfit or mix and match. Sometimes you just want to be comfortable, free and nothing else matters. Today is one of those days. I am sitting here in my onesie writing this post and comfort is my priority right now. Yes I wear animal onesies, they are genius and I might even write a review on them:)

This maxi dress from Asos Tall for me is a piece that works well when comfort is on my mind. This simple design allows you to be comfortable but still be dressed appropriately for different occasions. I have worn this dress in flip-flops to go grab some groceries, but I have also worn it to work with a jacket and a pair of heels. Its versatility is amazing.

The soft stretchy fabric allows you to move around and not be restricted in any way. The dress gathers at the waist, still giving some shape to it, without harnessing you in. This is a great basic to dress up or down given the occasion. Similar dress for the curvy girls here.

The shoes are a great classic c/o Sensational Soles. The Victoria Classic Black Pump with a 3 3/4 inch heel are a must have for every lady.

I am heading out for brunch later and will be rocking this Asos Glamorous Tall Utility Maxi Shirt Dress, comfort first!
